What makes Janda Food different to other brands?
All our recipes start off as an idea in our home kitchen in Warboys. Only if it passes the family taste test do we decide to sell it. We make bold and punchy sauces, chutneys and pickles using natural ingredients. No nasties and no flavour compromises.
We make our range, in our small kitchen in Huntingdon - and in fact all our staff live in the same village!
How long will my order take to arrive?
Your order should be with you 2-3 working days from the point of order. We ship everything on a tracked service, so you can see exactly what’s going on with your delivery via a link.
Occasionally, during busy periods, delivery may take a bit longer, but we’ll aim to communicate with you if this is the case
How much is shipping?
Shipping costs £4.95 (2-5 working day delivery service)

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
If you live outside of the UK and require international shipping, please contact us at info@jandafood.com. We can price up shipping for any destination. Please include your contact details, address details and your full order requirements. We can then easily issue you with a quote to your destination.
Please note that we are NOT liable for any import taxes or duty fees.
Refund policy
Returns are at your own cost. Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 14 days of your purchase.
1. Please email info@jandafood.com to request a refund and we will assign you a tracking number.
2. Mail your returned item to:
Janda Food, Welovemanfood Ltd, 6 Halcyon Court, St Margarets Way, Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire, PE29 6DG.
3. You will need to include a signed letter with your package, stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.
Return Exceptions
Items can not be returned if they have been opened.
Restocking Fee
All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
